Burrito Bowl Book Tag! :D

I would like to thank the totally awesome Enthrallingdimple for tagging me! I love these things because it get’s every knowing what you book loves and hates are are truthfully where your heart lies with Fandoms lol.

RICE: THE FOUNDATION – “The book that got you into reading (or book blogging).”

The Books that started this madness of loving to read were actually the Boxcar Children series. They were the first chapter books that I ever read.

Now the books that got me into blogging? The Bet series by Rachel Van Dyken. I was reading this series and thought of how I want to tell people more about them and wanted to start my blog, so thanks Rachel!

BEANS: THE FILLER – “A book with a whole lot of nothing happening.”

New Moon by Stephanie Meyer. I mean let’s be real. There were multiple pages of just months written on them, and then a girl sitting in her room wallowing about her vampire boyfriend. Go to school!

PROTEIN: THE BUILDING BLOCK  “A book quote to live by.”

Will Herondale

FAJITAS: THE CRUNCH OF TEXTURE – “A book with immaculate world-building.”

Through Violet eyes by Stephen Woodworth. This novel is very detail oriented since the mani character can see through the eyes of the dead. We need to know everything she can see as well. Also a very gruesome book.

SALSA: THE DANCE OF FLAVOUR “A book that kept you on your toes.”

Wet by Stacy Kestwick. My goodness! This book just kept getting better by the second and had your heart all in a twist with it!

CORN: THE EXPLOSION OF SWEETNESS – “A memorable scene involving friendship/romance.”

Crank by Ellen Hopkins

The quote from my favorite scene in this book is one that I lived by all throughout high school and college. It was what I based the foundations of a relationship on.

CHEESE: THE BOND OF CALCIUM – “Two characters from different books you wish could be friends.”

I am a HUGE Shadowhunter fan,and I’m sorry but if Will Herondale and Jace Herondale could meet I think my life would be complete.

SOUR CREAM: THE TANGY TOPPER – “The quirkiest character you’ve ever read (protagonist or supporting).

I just finished reading this book called Hawaiian Heartbreak by Libby Cole the other day and her character Tess was a riot! I don’t think I will ever be able to call sex anything but Adult Cuddles any more XD

GUACAMOLE: THE COST OF CREAMINESS – “A book you paid too much for (based on utility experienced).”

The Host by Stephanie Meyer. I mean who actually liked this book? It was worse than the Twilight series…

LETTUCE: THE HANDFUL OF CRISPNESS – “A refreshing concept/theme in a book.”

I am an absolute Austen fan so when I found the book Austenland by Shannon Hale it blew me away. Granted it is the theme to Pride and Prejudice, but it was such a refresher to go back to the schematics of what love and a relationship is in a contemporary novel.

CHIPS: LE PIÈCE DE RÉSISTANCE “A must-read recommendation if you like [this book/genre—you decide!]”

I am a huge romance novel lover. I think they are extremely underrated and people think that they are all just smut, but in reality most are pretty amazing. Even most YA and regular Literary Fiction has some romance aspects. It’s just that Romance novels tend to heighten on the sexual tension and sex itself.

TABASCO: THE KICK TO THE FACE – “Your favourite fight/action sequence.”

The most beautiful fight scene that I have never witnessed is one that has always made a statement on my life since it came into my life.
