What’s It All About:
Reid has always been one to win at everything, so when he lost the girl seven years ago, he just couldn’t stand the thought of losing her again. When Reid left Nora all those years ago, she broke, more than anyone would know. This past has lived with her every day, but just as she is living her new life with a house, a job, and a boyfriend, Reid decides to shove his way back into hers. As Reid starts his engines for a race he can’t afford to love, Nora must decide what is right for her heart, either it be the man she can be safe with, or the boy who tore her heart apart so long ago.
The Best Parts:
You ready to squeal over a hot Motocross guy? Because I wasn’t and this book had me jumping in my seat! Reid is bold in his ways that he chooses to get Nora back. The lines of her having a boyfriend are there, but he can’t help but straddle the line in order to get his woman. It is fun to watch their banter, and then to see Nora’s BF, Beau – shitty name BTWs, makes me want to punch someone in the face, but don’t worry, Reid will do that for you. It feels like even though he leaves all of the powers of yea or no in Nora’s hands, you can’t help but feel he is the one who is saying yes all day long.
Just so you guys know too, the sex scenes are hot. Like who would want sex on a dirt bike. Or on the verge of it in a motocross trailer? The physical chemistry between these two is hot, and us as the readers aren’t the only ones who notice.
The Worst Parts:
Nothing was bad about this novel. What it does though is sets us up or the next two novels in the series, and I can’t wait to read about Brett and Georgia. I like that we are able to see a little matchmaking between friends and then get to see their hatred and blossoming romance.
Hot men, dirt bikes, booze, and sex. What the hell are you waiting for?! I haven’t read a motocross romance novel before and now I’m looking at buying all of them. Who knew these guys could be so hot?!
