Two Reviews for the Price of One! :D

It’s been a while since I have done a double review, but this time it is for the same author! That way you guys can see just how much I love Alexa Riley’s books in ONE post 😀

PS… You’re Mine by Alexa Riley

Purchased: Kindle – $.99

My Rating: 5 of 5 Stars

What’s It All About:

Katie Lovely signs up her class for a project, writing letters to Marines serving overseas, but a calculation error means she has to participate along with the class.

She isn’t prepared for what happens after she gets the first letter.

Sergeant Major Mark Gunner is serving his last tour and looking forward to getting out of the Marines. When he gets a letter that captures his heart, everything suddenly changes.

Their worlds connect and letters flow, creating a love unlike any other.

But when their time is up and the letters stop, will his claim remain?

Description taken from Amazon.

The Best Parts:

This story was one that I wasn’t expecting. Normally with Alexa’s story they are all awesome smut, but this one, this one definitely tugged at my heart. The fact that the main character don’t even meet each other until the end just drives you more and more crazy with every letter that they get. Don’t get me wrong, the sex is steamy, but the story here was one that grabbed my attention and kept it.

The Worst Parts:

Of course I ALWAYS want more with Alexa’s books, but with this one I didn’t need more. I had just enough to fall in love with these characters and fully believe in their story even though it was super short.

Snow and Mistletoe by Alexa Riley

Purchased: Kindle – $.99 [Received book as a bonus book with PS… You’re Mine]

My Rating: 4 of 5 Stars

What’s It All About:

Noelle’s voice has captivated Alex, and she’s become his greatest obsession. Since he hired her to read audiobooks, listening to her is the only thing that makes his lonely world bearable. Thank God she’s never seen him. His scars would only scare her away.

Alex has starred in every fantasy Noelle’s had since she first heard his voice over the phone, and reading erotica samples to him only fuels her desire. Listening to him on the other end of the phone is the best part of her day, and she’s willing to do anything to please him.

On Christmas Eve a storm comes through, sending Noelle in search of her reclusive boss. Once she’s at his cabin with no place to go, there’s only one way to keep warm.

Description taken from Amazon.

The Best Parts:

If you love a good Christmas story then this is for you. It’s sweet and very very quick. The relationships that you see between Alex and Noelle are completely one-sided, but it is fun to realize that even though they don’t know it, they both have the exact same feelings for each other. The sex was pretty hot too, and their playfulness makes you giggle even though the steamy scenes!

The Worst Parts:

I was kinda, just kinda though creeped out by the fact that Alex never once used Noelle’s voice, but even more concerned when she JUST realized it since she hadn’t listened to any of the audios she has been hired for. Noelle’s a smart girl, she should have known, but oh well. No harm. No foul, and his excuse to her was kind of adorable lol.

Final Thoughts:

Both of these books have a feel good feeling to them and makes you just want to curl up with a cup of tea and enjoy the hour ride that they will take you on. As always I recommend anything Alexa Riley, because come on, these girls can do EVERYTHING right!
